Mahdyeh Phillips is a Colorado native and mother of two who is passionate about supporting educators, directors, and owners in the ECE world. She holds a B.A. in Biology with a minor in Integrative Therapeutic Practices and a previous elementary education license from MSU Denver. Additionally, she has earned ECE Lead Classroom Teacher and ECE Director certifications from CCA. Her classroom experience spans general education, special education, ELD, social-emotional coaching, and Waldorf pedagogy across ECE, elementary, and high school age groups. She is certified to facilitate EQIT and The Incredible Years program with a lead certification. Mahdyeh also holds a transformational coaching credential, a trainer’s credential, and is currently providing LENA coaching and EQ-related coaching. Previously, she led in-home caregiver curriculum training through the Giggle and Grow program and was trained in Parents as Teachers 1. Other training she offers includes The Director’s Toolbox and Trauma-Informed Care. She is excited to begin working with schools toward their goals! In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and teaching adult dance classes.
